Good hotel, good breakfast. Main complaints waa the inconsistent water/pressure and temperature at times and the poor internet strength. We ended up just using our natural bars from at&t because wifi was non existent. Breakfast the muffins were super dry, they did have Greek yogurt but they would get picked first and not restocked. Potatoes at breakfast were the best with flavor. Skinny waffle maker, but good batter. Trees frame the property that provide privacy. Would stay again, but would request an update of the bathroom and improvement of wifi. The lighting was especially difficult for applying makeup. Would stay again.

TownePlace Suites Houston Intercontinental Airport is a good place to stay if you need a quick overnight near the Houston airport. Check-in was seamless, and there is a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. If you find yourself waiting more than five minutes, I recommend giving the hotel a quick call to make sure the shuttle is on its way. The check-in process was fast, and my room was quite nice. I appreciated the small kitchenette area, along with a desk, a working space, a couch, and a bed. It felt more spacious than your standard hotel room, which made even a short stay more comfortable. The only minor downside was that the toilet would occasionally run, which was a little annoying, but it was not a major issue. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. While the room had a slightly more dated look compared to newer hotels, it was kept very clean, which made it feel welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Houston for a night and need a convenient place before catching a flight in the morning.

This property has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Front desk representative Maria provided exceptional service to me and ive witnessed her professional demeanor across many patrons. Hotel has average rooms with daily good housekeeping.

I stayed here for a week. Very confortable Hotel. The services was great by the staff members. The room were clean ever single day. The only little observacion is for the staff in the kitchen. Need to vary that menu. For my whole week there they only serve for breakfast those sausage patty. I am not fan of those. But in general was a nices week there.

Clean room, friendly professional front desk. Only issue is the timeliness of airport shuttle. Had to wait over 30 minutes at airport pickup after I called. Then following day the van was a few minutes late for pickup, then you need to account for the fact the shuttle stops at sister hotel and airline training facility. Plan accordingly, for a longer shuttle than other hotels on the main blvd out of KIAH.
